Elite Parking began in 1992 as a small detailing and valet company. In less than twenty-five years, we have become the state’s largest independent parking services provider.
It all began with a single location – Coasters at Pier 7 next to Aloha Tower Marketplace – where a mere half-dozen employees covered all the shifts. Steadily, the business grew as one premier restaurant after another recognized the value of the Elite Parking experience.
In 1998, Elite Parking entered the hotel valet parking industry and quickly gained a reputation for outstanding service. The result? A host of Waikiki hotels, including the locally owned Outrigger Corporation, chose Elite Parking to augment their guest services.
Through diversified ventures into self-parking lots, healthcare garages and special events at the Blaisdell Center and other notable venues we continue to expand our presence. With over 800 employees, our ever-growing management team maintains consistency at every location – and preserves the Elite Parking hallmark of excellence. With over 30 years of hospitality industry experience, Nina has experienced it all. Japan Airlines, JW Marriott Resort & Spa, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Outrigger Hotels are a few within her portfolio.

Brian’s vast experience in parking, budgets, and management, as well as his international upbringing, makes him a unique and valuable asset to Elite Parking Services.
Paul Jamison
DIRECTOR OF INNOVATION
An Elite veteran of over 11 years, has knowledge of all areas of the company. Paul has worked as an Operations Manager for multiple locations and currently spearheads client relations while overseeing all information technology.
Hazel Balmaceda

She brings extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar accounting, finance, and revenue operations. Hazel is responsible for establishing the financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Credited with over 20 years of HR experience in the education and hotel industries, Caroline is versed in all aspects of human resources including compliance, recruitment, training, process and policy implementation and benefits administration.
