PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS
(By submitting this form, you have reviewed, acknowledged, and understand the below parking rules and regulations. You are aware that failure to abide by these below rules and regulations may result in the forfeiture of your parking privileges)
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
- Elite VIP APP self-managed recurring credit card payments are due on the 1st of each month through the Elite VIP App
- There will be no substitutions, vacation credit, or prorated charges
CANCELLATIONS
- Elite VIP App individuals may cancel at any time. There will be no proration for early cancellation of monthly parking
FOR SFHS EMPLOYEES ONLY
Parking decals will be returned to the DEPARTMENT MANAGER or HR DEPARTMENT when an employee is terminated, discontinuing employment with the company, or no longer needs parking access. The Parking Manager will then deactivate SFHS permit through the Elite VIP App, although access as a general parking with applicable fees will still be available.
FOR SFHS TENANTS ONLY
Parking decals will be returned directly to the PARKING MANAGER, when parking access is no longer needed. The Parking Manager will then deactivate SFHS permit through the Elite VIP App, although access as a general parking with applicable fees will still be available.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ACCESS CARDS AND DECALS
Individuals who have lost their decal sticker or who do not return them upon termination, discontinuing employment, or no longer need parking access, will be assessed a $25.00 fee. In the event the decal is lost, stolen, or damaged (beyond normal wear & tear) the individual(s) must report the loss immediately to Security and the Parking Manager. Stolen access cards should also be reported to HPD (especially if the theft occurred on campus), with the appropriate forms completed. No replacement fee will be assessed for stolen access card(s) with evidence of a police report.
PARKING IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND ONLY VALID FOR USE BY THE REGISTERED PARKER
REGISTERING OF VEHICLES
Monthly Parker is allowed to register up to (3) vehicles. Parking decals must be adhered to all registered vehicles driver side windshield. Decal(s) are non-transferrable.
PROPER POSTING OF DECALS
Decals will be issued and posted by the Parking Manager. It is MANDATORY for all decals to be mounted on the bottom left of the front windshield. If you acquire a new vehicle or are driving a loaner you must register the vehicle with the parking manager
immediately. You should also notify the parking manager of any vehicles that you are no longer using. If the decal has been damaged or stolen, you must go to the parking manager immediately to obtain a replacement decal. Parkers who fail to place the decal sticker on the bottom left of the front windshield and fail to register their vehicle will lose their parking privileges.
DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS
Parking areas shall be limited to vehicles, vans, light trucks no longer than full size passenger automobiles only. All registered parkers are required to park in the designated areas in the garage. SFHS shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by SFHS for such activities.
PARKING ACCESS
The parking facility is accessible during posted operating hours. Unauthorized vehicles and any automobile parked longer than 24 hours without the permission of SFHS/Liliha Parking Company, L.P., may be towed at Owner’s expense. In the event of an emergency whereby a vehicle must remain in the parking garage for more than 24 hours, prior written approval must be obtained from St. Francis Management.
HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
Vehicles using these spaces must display a valid DMV placard or temporary permit and should also have the blue wallet card that accompanies the placard available should there be any questions about the validity of the placard and/or permit.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
- Active electric vehicle charging in identified EV stalls only
- 2-hour active charging limit per vehicle per day
- User of the electric vehicle charging station must comply with all vehicle manufacturers’ recommendation and all applicable laws
- Facility owner and Elite Parking Services makes no representation or warranties regarding the fitness or suitability of this Parking Facility its improvements for the purpose of charging the batteries of electric vehicles
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Use of the parking facility and the use of the electric vehicle charging station is at the user’s own risk. SFHS/Liliha Parking L.P., Elite Parking Services expressly disclaim any liability for injuries to person, including death, or damage to property, including theft or fire, which a person might suffer when using the parking facility. Under no circumstances shall SFHS/Liliha Parking Company, L.P., Elite Parking Services be liable for consequential or indirect damages. The user hereby agrees to defend hold harmless and indemnify SFHS/Liliha Parking, L.P., Elite Parking Services its employees and agents from any liability, claims, demands whatsoever including attorney’s fees resulting by user or others for personal injury and damage created or caused from any negligent acts or omissions of users.
PASSBACK
- Multiple attempts to enter or exit will cause your parking account to be in pass back.
- An out of sequence example would be trying to use your card to enter again, if you have not already scanned to exit
- Notify the parking manager if your Elite VIP access seems to be out of sequence.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Height Clearance is 6’8″
- Observe the five (5) mph speed limit
- Yield to pedestrians crossing in the traffic paths
- Do not leave valuable in the car, and remember to lock all car doors
- “Buckle Up” before leaving the parking facility
- Yield to pedestrians in the parking structure and leaving the campus
SECURITY PATROL AND REPORTS OF INCIDENTS
Security will patrol the parking facility during daily rounds. Security is available on campus 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and can be reached at (808) 352-0897 or (808) 352-1851. Property damage and personal injury should be reported to Security immediately. As a matter of security, please report any theft or suspicious persons loitering in the parking structure.
ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
SFHS reserves the right to deny parking privileges to any person or entity that willfully refuses to comply with the applicable rules, regulations, laws and/or agreements. The maintenance of vehicles in the parking areas or common areas is prohibited. Individuals will be responsible for complying with the applicable parking rules, regulation, laws and agreements. SFHS/Liliha Parking, L.P., reserves the right to modify these rules and/or adopt such other reasonable and non-discriminatory rules and regulations as it may deem necessary for the property operation of the parking areas.
