Elite Parking Services takes pride in our employee base which is approximately 90% referral. With no incentive program to urge employees to join our team and stay, the referrals are constantly coming in and yet turnover rates are low. We also recruit through the colleges by means of internship programs or postings, conduct job fairs, as well posting open positions in the newspaper and on Craigslist.
The heart of our retention efforts is in our culture. Elite Parking focuses on caring for our guests and employees alike. We also offer benefits packages that encourage the employee to stay with us.
